Any manufacturing defect in the product is covered under our 5 year warranty. If any of the delivered product is damaged or lost otherwise would not be covered under Godin’s warranty plan.

If anything does happen to your jewellery, whether it’s your fault or ours, the best thing to do is send it back to us for an assessment. Upon examination, our team will get back to you with the repair process and any additional charges, if to be incurred by you. We will always be forthright and let you know beforehand if there are any additional charges.

What our warranty covers?

All repairs and postage costs for any problem that can be attributed to the way your item was originally delivered to you.

What our warranty doesn’t cover?

Any loss or damage to your jewellery caused by you, or by another person’s actions.

What if I accidentally lose or damage my jewellery?

We highly recommend opting for jewellery insurance to protect the products from unpredictable instances such accidental loss or damage.
