Can I cancel/amend my order?
If your preferred item is in stock, we ready your order immediately for shipping. You can cancel your order by signing into your account and checking the shipment status. We will confirm the cancellation request straight away and will update you about the process via email. You can make changes to your order before it has left our facility. Once the order status is in transit, you cannot make any amends to the order.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
We can offer our beautiful signature gift packaging for £3.49 - please select this option at checkout. Your gift order is shipped in our signature box wrapped with our elegant paper and tied with ribbon.
Can I order gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer multiple gift vouchers that you can send someone for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or holiday greetings.
How do I use a promotion or offer code?
To redeem a Promotion or Offer Code, input the code at the checkout page and get ready to place your order.
What ring size do I need?
We advise our customers to check their ring size before placing an order. You can refer to our online Ring Size Guide.
However, if the item delivered is not the correct size, place a return request while stating your reason on our Returns Page. We will arrange for a pick-up, and the refund will get credited to your account/card within 5-7 days of the product reaching our facility. We request you to go through our return policy in detail or get in touch with our customer support team for any further information.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it or follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the My Account page. Follow the steps and click RESET PASSWORD. We will send a link to the registered email address, enabling you to reset the password.
How do I change my details and my email preferences?
You can edit your details such as your name, phone number, email address, and password from within My Account.

Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is a form of credit that allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Godin London and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments schedule in the Klarna app.
Am I eligible to Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments?
To use Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments?
Klarna is unique and offers Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments based on several factors such as the order value, previous order history, and item availability. If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments by ensuring you provide your full name, accurate address details and arrange to ship to your registered billing address. All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have been accepted for Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments before does not mean it will be offered for every order. In turn, if your application for Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is denied, it does not mean it will be denied for future orders.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you want to purchase with Klarna using Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, you'll need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address, and a debit or card. A mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All communications will be sent to your email address. Give us the correct details, as otherwise, you will not receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.
Will a credit search take place?
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded inquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Godin London run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
Why have I not been offered Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments?
Although pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon several factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history, and item availability.
Payment for your pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first instalment. You can always monitor your payments schedule in the Klarna app.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as Godin London has accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at Godin London from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in the Klarna app at your convenience. You will not be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 installments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time. If you fail to make a payment you will be in default and may be unable to use Klarna in the future. We may continue to attempt to collect overdue and currently due payments on subsequent due dates or invoice you separately for the unpaid total. If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage with an external debt collection agency to collect on our behalf. Debt collection agencies are used as a last resort.
I have been asked to go to the Klarna site. Is this correct?

Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Godin London. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes. Just go to the Klarna app or log onto Klarna.com/uk and pay off early.
Have you received my payment?
Klarna will notify you via email and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received a payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com.uk.
What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?
Once Godin London has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app. I've received a statement, but I've not yet received my goods. If your goods have not been received please call Godin London to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive. I have cancelled my order.
How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout. I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information. You can log in to the Klarna app or at www.klarna.com/uk, where you will find all of your orders and payment schedule information.

What is the estimated time for the products to be delivered?
Same Day Shipping
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 a.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. This only applies to the areas in the U.K mainland.
15 Day Delivery
Products that mention ‘15 Day Delivery’, are customized as per your specifications and are manufactured once you place an order, it usually takes 12-15 working days to ship your order.
For a full refund, all we ask is that the jewellery to be returned within 28 days of purchase, in its unworn and original condition without any damage, and with all accompanying documents and materials. This does not include items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. As part of our policy, you are required to ship the product back to us via a trackable courier service.Refunds can take upto 3 to 5 days to show up on your card or bank.Once you have sent the jewellery back to us and we have had a chance to unpack it and inspect it, we will issue you with an immediate refund. We will email you as soon as the refund has been made.Please note that we do not offer any return or refund on made-to-order products.

Is my product safe?
Your jewels are shipped in a durable condition with tamper-evidence packing so that the product remains intact. In case of expensive pieces, you can always purchase delivery insurance from us while placing your order. We deliver the products to you through our shipment partner Citipost. We advise not to accept products for which the seal or packaging is broken.
What do I do in case of a missed delivery?
In such circumstances, our courier agents will always leave a message and attempt a re-delivery. Our partner team will attempt two deliveries and then return the parcel to the hub location. Someone from the Godin team will then get in touch with you for further information.
How can I get the status of my order?
You can easily track the status of your order by logging in to My Account and clicking on Track Order. In case if not a member, Track your order via the tracking ID sent on your e-mail on [email protected]
How do I exchange my order?
We don’t offer an exchange on orders right now. We offer you a return within 28 days of purchase. If there is any manufacturing defect or issue with the product size, we would be happy to return the product and refund the complete amount. This does not include items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase. If you don’t like your product and want to place a return request, click here or connect with our customer support team. As part of our policy, you are required to ship the product back to us via a trackable courier service.
Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

What is your warranty?
Every piece of Godin London jewellery comes with a 5-year warranty on receipt of the certification card received in the product box. This warranties that any manufacturing defect or defect upon delivery would be returned with a full refund within 5-7 working days. To return your jewellery to us for assessment, Click Here.
How do I claim the warranty?
Any defect in the craftsmanship of Godin London jewellery is fully covered for 5 years from purchase. If a fault or a defect is found in the way our jewellery was crafted, we will correct the defect or return the jewellery with full refund. To know about our Returns process, read here.
Did you receive your jewellery as a gift?
If you have proof of purchase which is the certification card received with the product, you can use our Return Form to place your return request. Our customer support team will get back to you with further details. Alternatively, if you did not receive a gift receipt, please contact the purchaser for a copy of the proof of purchase. If you can’t get this from the original purchaser don’t worry, please contact our team using the widget on the bottom right-hand side of this page. We may be able to help locate your receipt - or provide further assistance.
What can I do if my jewellery is outside of the 5-year warranty?
If your piece is outside our 5-Year Warranty, we can still service your jewellery with our Lifetime Repair Service, by applying a small charge.
What do I do if my jewellery is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, our 5-Year Warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We advise you to check your home or contact an insurance company to make a claim with them directly.
I have lost one earring can you help?

How do I resize my Godin London ring?

Members of this Website may purchase diamonds/jewellery for personal use. Ready-made jewellery is also available for purchase.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than the actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes products may be represented larger than the actual size to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size to show the entire product. The brand shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.
Users may register on the website to become members before the completion of any transaction. Guests will be provided with a user account on completion of a purchase and other sign-up facilities.
Registration is only a one-time process and if the member has previously registered, he/she shall log in/sign into his/her account.

If your diamond(s) get(s) traded in the market before making the payment/sealing the order, www.godinlondon.com will call the user and suggest an alternative diamond. In case the user chooses a new diamond, www.godinlondon.com shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the user will have to pay the differential amount.
Diamond prices vary from one category to another based on design, quantity of the diamond, etc. have an impact on the price of the jewellery. The demand and supply of diamonds in the market can also affect the price of diamonds. The prices stated on the website may be substantially higher or lower than the actual prices in the retail markets accordingly.
Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gem prices, so our prices change as well.
Prices on www.godinlondon.com are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Godin London merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.
Any member who wishes to purchase an item from the Website can choose from the selection of jewellery available on the Website and add the item to the shopping cart. On payment, the user may pay via stripe or pay later with klarna.

Orders are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by www.godinlondon.com.
